Accounting/Office Clerk, consist of data entry, inputting payments, bank deposits, dispatching phone calls, dispatching men (technicians) to calls, billing, filing, updating any company information with customers and to keep track of what is going on in the office.
Being able to multitask is a must, good attendance, and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
