Job Opportunity:
The Elementary Charter School Teacher, under the direction of the Principal, the Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the administrative and front office infrastructure for the school.
The Enrollment Coordinator will, maintain student attendance records, student enrollment, collecting, recording and maintaining student records, maintain student information system, prepare state reporting information as it applies to student and teacher data, as well as supervise the clerical functions of the administrative office.
The Enrollment Coordinator will support student recruitment and enrollment activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Train and assist staff on the use of the computer and automated systems.
Create correspondence.
Implement systems to increase productivity and effectiveness administratively.
Type letters, reports, forms and other finished copies from rough drafts or dictation.
Perform reception duties as needed, greet clients, families and the public, and answer and screen incoming telephone calls.
File all papers, documents, reports, etc.
Make photocopies as required.
Maintain Student Information Systems.
Maintain student attendance records.
Prepare school data reports for state and local reporting.
Handles prescreening and onboarding duties and supports HR documentation/processes.

Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and pass company underwriting for driving approval.
Must possess an AA degree in business or related field and/or 4-7 years of paid work experience in an equivalent work setting.
Must be computer literate.
Minimum of two years data entry experience.
Experience with computerized record keeping process and e-mail and telecommunications.
Ability to operate independently.
Must possess organizational skills.
Must be able to work and develop tasks on Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have skills in personnel management and training.
Must have the ability to interact with staff, the public, parents, and students.
Must have excellent command of the English language - oral, written and business writing skills.
Must have knowledge of and experience with basic bookkeeping procedures in school type setting.
Ability to develop and implement systems to increase productivity in the administrative office.
