The room is a large bright and airy room, with its own private entry and off-street parking (no private bathroom).
This is a very peaceful living environment and not a place for parties, drugs or alcohol, or couples.
The house also has a small dog, so the ideal tenant would like animals.
There is a washer and dryer in the house for use and the large garden has some fruit trees and plenty of space for relaxing or areas to plant a garden if that was of interest.
