Across the street from an elementary school and on a bike trail that leads to the park bike paths.
Furnished with a queen bed, TV, and 1/2 nightstands depending on room (2 available as separate rentals).
Rooms are separated by rest of residence with a baby gate.
Rent includes utilities and wifi.
Home has a pool which is closed now due to weather but will open back up in spring.
Common area equipped with 75" TV that usually has some sort of crime show on.
In the process of renovating to please bare with me on some of the missing outlet covers/baseboards being switched out.
Owner is late 20s female in the construction industry.
Gone in early morning typically.
Residence is home to 3 fluff balls that are all very people friendly.
