The security deposit is $200 and $100 for cleaning.
The cleaning fee is non refundable and will not be given back.
Students and traveling nurses welcome for a 90 day lease.
If needed your stay can be extended month to month after the 90 days.
My grandpa owns the house, me and my two cats live here with him.
