* Ra3 engineering has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in search for a Project Manager to work on Federal and City based construction projects ranging in value up to 30M in *Imperial County.

* The Project Manager will lead but also be responsible for looking after the active job site.
They will also take part in mentoring staff and ensuring the entire team works together efficiently to complete the project safely, on time, and on budgetJob

* *Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 15 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

* Key Responsibilities: Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through the procurement, coordination development, construction turnover and contract closeout.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibilities for assigned construction projects.
Experience with heavy equipment.
Ability to perform all typical P.
M duties.
Oversee Active Jobsite.
Keep the project on schedule.
Oversee Subcontractors and all work On-Site.
Ensure that Safety is kept at Utmost Importance.
Hold Meetings with Subcontractors to Ensure Schedule and daily work and deliveries are understood.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.
Help develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
Basic knowledge and skills with computer programs and applications ( i.
e.
Microsoft word, excel and procore etc) .
* Skills & Qualification:15+ years as P.
m for a reputable general/ engineer contractor(s).
Federal and City construction experience a *MUST.
*Ability to travel as needed for Projects in *imperial county.
Hotel will be paid if from out of town.
