Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support the bookkeeper in managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries
-Answering phone calls
-Run errands as requested / personal and business related
-Pay and keep track of personal and business utility bills

I am not requiring any experience, the reason is that I believe that an eager and motivated individual can learn quickly.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, Quicken) and MS Office Suite
- knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with journal entries and basic accounting procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
