The ideal candidate for this position is a caring and compassionate person who truly likes taking care of older & mentally disabled people and has the patience to work with patients with Dementia.
A successful candidate will be comfortable with most daily tasks, including performing basic nursing duties, helping some residents get in and out of bed and assisting residents with personal hygiene with other duties.
Responsibilities: * Assist with basic daily living activities of residents.
* Provide personal care for residents such as assisting with hygiene, changing diapers, and making beds.
* Some physical transferring of residents from one place to another.
* Provide emotional comfort to residents and earn their trust.
* Supervise residents so they will not harm themselves or others Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
