1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd shift 2:00 pm-10.

3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Applicants must have a valid CNA certificate in California and be able to provide work authorization for the US.

Essential Duties:
CNA is responsible for providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living and assistance with routine daily nursing care needs and services in accordance with resident’s assessment and service plan.
CNA will assist residents with personal care and social engagement to enhance their independence and quality of life.
CNA promptly assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and daily nursing care needs as directed in service plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, escorting, and incontinence management and tasks as assigned by LVNs, RNs and DON.
CNA will treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality.
CNA will encourage each resident to participate in ADL to the extent possible to maintain independence.
CNA will assist residents in keeping their rooms clean and maintains a safe environment for all residents, staff, and guests.
CNA will respond timely to resident’s requests for services.
CNA will follow HIPAA guidelines with respect to patient, family, co-worker, vendor and visitor protected information.
CNA will assist residents at meals, including serving meals and room tray deliveries.
CNA will complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift.
CNA will complete initial and on-going training requirements.
CNA will follow universal precautions to limit exposure, risk and infectious disease.
CNA will understand and be able to follow all emergency response plans, including fire and evacuation plans.
CNA will always have a friendly and helpful attitude with residents, families, and guests.
