Open Play Therapy
We are a company that provides mobile pediatric therapy services to babies and toddlers from 0 to 3 years old in the comfort of their homes.
These services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA and infant education services.
We pride ourselves in helping children across the San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside counties.
The children we see are mostly developmentally delayed, with some having diagnoses such as muscle weakness, low tone, hypertonicity, Down syndrome, and other genetic conditions.
We are currently seeking a *Pediatric Behavioral Therapist* to join our team.
The position's duties and responsibilities include:
* Assess client needs and build customized solutions for behavior issues while establishing individual targets and goals
* Develop treatment plans based on client’s goals using progress notes from the client’s therapy team
* Prepare patient documentation and communicate pertinent clinical information to the client, family, and therapy team

*Required Qualifications*
_Education/Licenses/Certifications:_
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field
* Driver's License
_Experience:_
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a behavior therapist with children & adolescents and/or developmental disabilities
* Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Bilingual (Spanish)
