This includes the ability to communicate with a variety of individuals varying from professional and family members to individuals with significant disabilities.

* Knowledge and ability to use principles of reinforcement
* Knowledge an ability to use concepts of normalization, circles of support, and inclusion in the community.

* Provide instruction in independent living skills including, but not limited to meal preparation, grocery shopping and meal planning, nutrition, health and safety in the home and the community, budgeting and banking, mobility training, problem solving, socialism community integration, laundry and clothing care.

* Respond to and evaluate emergency and crisis situations

* Documentation, per GSAT policy, support, instruction, and intervention offered to clients

_*Job Qualifications*_
* Be in good general health
* Be clear of tuberculosis
* Have a current California Driver's License
* Have or be able to obtain fingerprint clearance
* Have a current CPR and community First Aid card or "be willing to obtain one"
* Be a High School graduate
* Having familiarity of needs of adults with intellectual disability
* Be accepting of concepts of normalization
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity
* Demonstrate positive interactions with peers and clients
* Demonstrate maturity and sound judgement
* Good command of written and oral English language

75 per hour depending on skills, experience, and performance.
