Customer Representative Position Overview:
The Customer Representative is essential to the success of Mallory Safety and Supply, as external and internal customer service are our number one priority.
The Store Customer Representative role is based in our corporate office in Seattle but will be primarily assisting walk-in business-based customers who are loyal to the brand, in our adjacent retail store.
In addition, you will be supporting of our other customer service team members.
We thrive in our teams by focusing on cross- training and you will act as a backup for additional roles when needed!
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls from customers and other parties
Take orders and enter them into Prophet21
Answer questions and suggest product for customers
Fix invoicing and pick ticket problems
Providing front counter coverage when needed
Assisting with vending accounts
May help with some sourcing of product
Pick, pull, and stage orders in the warehouse occasionally
Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed

Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in customer service
Industry knowledge of safety and industrial distribution highly preferred!
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office
Candidates with Prophet 21 experience are encouraged to apply
High School Diploma or GED required
