*Responsibilities*
* Primary point of contact for service technicians, customers, and service manager
* Happy calls and outbound calling/sales to assist in keeping a full schedule
* Provide administrative support as needed in other departments.
* Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
*Skills*
* Minimum of 1+ year sales or customer service experience (Required)
* Proven experience as an Office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
