Wireless Communications Field Agent

\*Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ambitious and goal oriented Previous experience in a customer service or sales is a plus Confident in working with cell phones, computer systems and software applications Ability to work independently and as a team in the field \*Responsibilities Conduct field visits to various locations to assist in providing wireless services to qualified customers Effectively provide and offer accurate information/benefits to customers Assist with sales by promoting company products and services during field visits Perform data entry with accurate information, qualifying and necessary documentations Provide and communicate with exceptional customer service and assist customers in a professional manner Meet and exceed targets and company expectations Adhere to company guidelines, policies and expectations.
