Artist Seeks Charitable Donation For Bombay Beach Museum/Sculp.Garden (Los Angeles)

I'm a contemporary artist from Los Angeles, I recently acquired a small dilapidated house in Bombay Beach California, which I want to turn it into a museum/sculpture garden/art gallery.
I'm seeking a philanthropist and or charitable donation to restore the property for the purpose of converting it into a museum/sculpture garden/art gallery.
The lot/land is 5,400 sq.
ft.
and the house is less than 1000 sq.
ft.
I would like to have it up and running for next year's Bombay Beach Biennale Also open to connecting with others interested in Bombay Beach and or Bombay Beach Biennale
